NOTICE:  Due to the chicago market this item will not begin to ship till may 10th. orders will be shipped in order received.

This LIMITED EDITION kit has been created with the option of having a removable inner rooms section and a working quartz clock. The included lights are hidden in the walls with the on/off switch and battery in the slide out drawer. I will have alternate room insert kits available over the remainder of the year so keep watch in my blog shop. The kit has been laser cut from 1/8″ and 1/16″ quality wood with steps taken to limit soot on the edges of all parts.

*Includes Attic furniture pack: cogwheels, ladders, and desk.

*Easy to use “Standard Light Set”  lighting kit includes 3 lights, a switch, battery pack. Instructions for lighting are included in the lights kit. Online videos are available online as well. NOTE: If you plan to make the rooms removable and will be looking for new room kits in the future, you will need to purchase a special lighting package! NOTICE: I put these kits in my shop in very limited quantities but they are restocked often. I do this in order to maintain quality customer service and so I can ship kits out in a timely manner. I don’t want customers to order and then have to wait weeks to get the kit. It takes two days to cut these full kits and it’s just me doing the work.
