LIMITED EDITION: The first of my “Cottage Cabinet” kits features a country style cottage theme with just the right amount of furniture, in 1:24 scale! There will be additional room kits available during the year so keep checking my blog shop. Kit and furniture are created from 1/8″ and 1/16″ quality laser cut wood with steps taken to limit any soot on the cut edges. The cabinet kit and furniture are all available separately – see my other listings –  should you wish to “do your own thing”.

*Step-by-step instructions with photos and parts diagram are included in the kit.

*Kit includes: metal feet, flourish metals, porcelain knob, tree side and back panels, scored wood flooring, soft furnishings pack (see below), lighting package with instructions – on/off switch – battery pack, furniture pack, acetate for window.

*INCLUDED Furniture pack includes: bed, bedroom cabinet, bath linen cabinet, sink counter – no sink or taps, counter bench seat, 2 rockers, end table, TV with console table, wood stove, kitchen table and 2 chairs, fridge, oven with range hood, kitchen counters w/sink – no taps, 3pc shelf set, ball head pins included for all knobs.

*INCLUDED Soft Furnishings include: printed wallpapers, printed fabric bedspread & rug, cording trim, special cut ceiling for bedroom, beadboard wall panels.

• Structure Finished size: 8 3/4″ wide, 13″ tall (icluding feet and top knob), 6 1/2″ deep.
• Floor size: 8″ wide, 5 3/4″ deep, 5″ tall (two floors with 2 rooms each when divided)

NOTICE: I put these kits in my shop in very limited quantities but they are restocked often. I do this in order to maintain quality customer service and so I can ship kits out in a timely manner. I don’t want customers to order and then have to wait weeks to get the kit. It takes two days to cut these full kits and it’s just me doing the work.
