Shingles Acorn Small and Medium

Shingles are cut from quality 80lb cardstock. Pick the color that matches your desired roof color the closest. Glue shingles on by overlapping them as well as staggering them (see photo), trimming at the ends as needed.  Once attached you can easily paint the shingles with acrylic paint. Use a dry-brush method to apply additional colors of paint and bring out the texture in the cardstock.

Great budget friendly way to finish a miniature roof!

Small size: best for 1:48 scale and smaller

Medium size: best for 1:24 scale
