For those of you who cannot attend the show, most items will be available for pre-order in my online shop April 23rd! Please know that due to the show, nothing will begin to ship until May 10th.
I will have a mix of items: finished and unfinished, a mix of scales – mainly Half Scale (124), and lots of kits. Below is a look at just a few items . . .

One of my favorite items is this 124 scale “Create Your Own Roombox” kit. You can choose the base accents and the type of window in the one wall. The base is actually a box where light wires and battery can be hidden with easy access to the on/off switch.

Currently you can choose from a Bat, Frame, or Web base accent. For the wall you can choose from a Gothic, Web, or Rectangle window.
The base/box can also be used with my Market Stall kit seen below!

All kits are laser cut from quality 1/8″ and 1/16″ wood with measures taken to reduce any soot from cut edges so you can start assembly and painting right away!
I have two NEW KITS for the show – both will be available in LIMITED QUANTITIES of either 25 or 50, depending on how well they sell.

COTTAGE CABINET – Half Scale (124)
This fun kit can be purchased as just the cabinet structure alone or with all of the furniture kits as you like. Furniture kits will also be available for separate purchase.
Full Kit includes: Metal feet and top flourish accents, porcelain knob for top, tree panels for back and sides along with the fence. LED lighting package with easy to use lights. Four flower shaped light shades. Soft furnishings pack and 11 piece furniture pack. Pre-scored flooring sheets have also been included.
All wood pieces are ready to stain or paint as you wish!
Soft furnishings pack includes: Special ceiling for the bedroom, wallpaper on quality textured cardstock, rug and bedspread printed on cotton fabric, beadboard wall.
Furniture pack includes: bed, bedroom cabinet, bath cabinet, bath counter with bench, flat screen TV and console table, two rockers with end table, wood burning stove, kitchen table with two chairs, oven with range hood, refrigerator, sink and counters, wall shelves with two cutting boards.
An upper and lower dividing walls are included to be placed as you wish.
This was such a FUN project to make and I hope you all are excited about seeing it!

TIMEKEEPERS COTTAGE – Quarter Scale (148)
How about a working antique clock with a miniature house inside! As with the Cottage Cabinet, this kit also includes a base with an opening drawer where light wires and a battery pack can be hidden!
Lighting packing includes three LED lights with a battery pack and on/off switch. Did you know that LED lights produce no heat and can be left on all the time?
The best thing about this project is that the rooms inside are built to be removable! While the main structure will be produced in limited quantities of 25-50, I will be creating additional inner rooms over the year. NOTE: to change the inner rooms out you will need to purchase a separate lighting package than the one included with the kit.
The kit will include the gears, ladder and desk pieces to complete the attic room that is not removable.
The working clock runs on batteries and can easily be removed to change out the batteries as needed. Mine has run over a year on a single battery.
Here is a look at the inside – unfinished kit

The lower two rooms are built in a complete section that can be removed. With the special light kit you simply slide the entire section out, unplug the lights, hook up a new section, and slide it in place.
Other items available will be some pre-cut cardstock shingle packs in 124 and 148 scales, some finished furniture pieces, floor tile sheets you can cut apart or use as a whole sheet, and several of my finished kits you can take home and dress!
The furniture below was created for a new kit available in September of this year: The Woodland Shop which I will premiere for the Indianapolis miniature show. I’m super excited for this kit, which features a super easy new way to create some trees! The original design was created by JManLaser, who has graciously permitted me to reproduce the design! My reproduction will be slightly different, but the photo below will give you an idea of what to look forward to. I promise it will be great fun!!!

So there you have it …. a little preview of what’s to come in April! Thank you for taking time to read my newsletter/blog and once again . . . I hope to meet you in Chicago!
Take care friends,
Teri
